- Butter 225g
- Icing Sugar 125g
- Plain flour 340g
- Salt 1/2 tsp (only if you don't use salted butter. I did.)
What to do:
1) Mix the butter and icing sugar until smooth.
2) Add in the flour 1/3 cup cat a time until you create a crumbly (but together) ball.
3) Refrigerate for 15 minutes (freezer)
4) Roll out and cut into 1" thick rectangles.
5) Bake for 20 - 25 minutes.
