Ooh YUM!
Recipe:
450g strong bread flour (look at the notes I will write)
225g warm milk
1 tbsp active dry yeast
4 tbsp sugar + 1 tbsp
1 beaten egg
1 tbsp pumpkin spice (I have a video for it)
As many raisins as you like
*Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees (fan oven) for 20 - 30 minutes or until you can lift the bread roll off the pan with no hassle or until it's browned nicely and is springy to a soft touch.
NOTES: If you do not have strong white bread flour or it's not available in your country - use self raising flour and baking soda. It won' have exactly the same texture though.)
If you would like a video recipe please comment or like this post! Thanks!
