There are no specific ingredients for this recipe
- Cut the croissant in half, slicing cleanly through the centre with a serrated bread knife.
- Place toppings on one slice of the pastry and sandwich it with the other slice. In this video I used cheese & ham.
- Prepare your panini press. Set your sandwich on the hot panini press and shut it. Do not push it down, too much otherwise the cheese/other toppings may leak.
